Facilities
The William Morris Community Centre has modern facilities, which can cater for business meetings, training courses, community group meetings, children's parties, conferences and seminars. These rooms are available for hire either for regular meetings or as one off events.

After each event, users are required to leave the room clean/hoovered, if required, rubbish put out, and room(s) left tidy

All teenagers party's, must have supervision of 5 or more adults on the day
Accessibility
The Community Centre is fully accessible providing wheelchair access on the ground floor. One accessible toilet for adults and children disabled users. There are 3 outside toilets, which are not accessible for wheelchair use.
William Hall - Not in Use
The Lounge has laminated flooring throughout the room with a glass arch and kitchen facilities that consists of hot and cold water, tea-making facilities and a microwave. Within the room we have one toilet for disabled users.
Training Suite
The Training Suite is half carpeted and half lino. There is a small tea lobby that consists of hot and cold water, tea-making facilities and a microwave. Toilets are available.
Play Area
There is an outdoor play area that can be used with supervision.
Morris Hall
The Classroom has original wood flooring throughout. The room is available for hire on the first floor of the building, but is not accessible for disabled users. The room is suitable for small presentations and meetings. There are 2 chalkboards that are ideal for training sessions and classes.
Office Space
Offices are self-contained and open plan with original wood flooring throughout. Storage is available when office spaces are hired. All offices are on the first floor of the building, which is not accessible for disabled users.
Car Park
The Community Centre has a small car park on site to the left of the front of the building. It is not possible to park in Greenleaf Road unless you park in a 2 hour parking bay, which is directly outside the building.
Transport
The nearest tube station is Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line). 275, 97, 34, 215 and 357 buses can be obtained at the bus station that is situated in the same complex at Walthamstow Central. Greenleaf Road can be accessed from Forest Road, near the former Police Station building.

The deposit is £200 which will be refundable. providing there is no loss, breakages, or damage to the building. If all rubbish, including table and chairs etc are not cleared away, £50 will be deducted from the deposit
